Welcome to the website for the Vanguard University Office of Accounting Operations (OAO). We exist to make the visions of others in the University possible. We do this by supporting them, providing services for them, and informing them. Motivated by our desire to advance God’s purposes, we are stewards responsible for acquiring, distributing, and maintaining University resources in support of those we serve. The OAO provides customer service and counseling to students, families, and the Vanguard community in order to help assist families and VU community members meet their financial responsibilities.

For information regarding student accounts, eBilling, payment options, or to speak with a Student Account Specialist, please contact the Office of Accounting Operations at (714)966-5486 or via email at AccountsReceivable@vanguard.edu. Visitors are welcome and appointments are not necessary. The office is located on the first floor of the Scott Academic Center near the Fair Drive entrances to the University.
